Question 1: How will the virtual race work?
Answer 1: After registration, runners will be given access to join the 5k or 10k experience.
Question 7: Can I get a refund or defer my registration to next year?
Answer 7: Sorry, we are not able to offer refunds or deferrals.
Question 2: Is there a minimum age limit to join the Ultra Night Run?
Answer 2: You must be of legal drinking age in your province of residence to participate in the ULTRA Night Run.
Question 8: For the virtual run, do I have to run at night?
Answer 8: No you don’t need to run at night during a Virtual run. Runners are free to complete the Ultra Night Run challenges at any time within the set dates.
Question Question 3: Are there predetermined routes for virtual?
Answer 3: Predetermined routes will be provided, or runners are free to determine their own 5k or 10k routes.
Question 9: Will there be finishers medals?
Answer 9: Yes, finishers medals will be included in all race kits
Question 4: Is there a registration limit?
Answer 4: The registration limit varies per city .
Question 10: I signed up for In-person, if the event goes virtual can I get a refund?
Answer 10: Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds if the event goes virtual. However, if we cannot host a live event and you decide that you do not want to participate virtually, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your registration information and we can defer your registration to 2023.
Question 5: How will I get my race kit?
Answer 5: Race kits are available for pick up at your local Running Room store or will be mailed for home delivery based on your selection at the time of registration.
Question 11: I signed up for virtual, can I switch to In-person?
Answer 11: For every ribbon you run, Michelob Ultra Answer 11: Unfortunately, due to the specificities of both registration types, we are not able to transfer you from virtual registration to In-person.
Question 6: Where is the Ultra Night Run taking place?
Answer 6: Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver
Question 12: I signed up for In-person, can I switch to virtual?
